Gerente De Desarrollo De Negocio

I've spent 16 years in dubbing, and for the last 14 I've been the one bringing clients to LESCOMPANY. It's time someone does that full time.
LESCOMPANY is a dubbing and localization studio with operations in Argentina, Venezuela, Miami and Brazil. We've worked on projects like Wolfoo, ScreenRant De Película, documentaries, and Turkish and Chinese dramas for distributors, networks and platforms.
I need someone who goes out, finds new accounts and closes them. This is not account management or customer service. It's opening doors, following up and signing.
What you'll do:
- Prospect US distributors, networks, streaming platforms, animation producers and content aggregators that need Spanish dubbing, subtitling and localization for Latin America and the US Hispanic market.
- Run the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract.
- Represent LESCOMPANY at NATPE, Content Americas and MIPCOM, with meeting agendas and post-event follow-up.
- Keep a clean pipeline and report results directly to the Executive Producer.
What I'm looking for:
- Proven B2B sales experience in media, content distribution or localization.
- An active network of content buyers in the US.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Work authorization in the US and the ability to travel internationally.
Compensation:
- Independent contractor (1099).
- USD 2,500 monthly retainer, guaranteed for an initial 6-month engagement.
- 12% commission on collected revenue during each new client's first year, 5% during the second.
- USD 1,000 bonus for every new account whose first contract exceeds USD 25,000.
- Travel to industry events covered.
- Remote, flexible schedule, no exclusivity outside dubbing and localization.
I'll be upfront: this setup rewards people who already have relationships with buyers. If you can name the accounts you'd call first, I want to talk to you.
When you apply, please include your CV and two or three accounts you've closed.
