Command Center Operations Manager

Supporting the Global Command Center, the full-time Manager, Command Center Operations will manage deployment communications, coordinate incident resolutions, and ensure operational continuity during cutover events in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate and monitor deployment activities and incident resolutions during cutover periods Manage real-time communications and escalate property issues to ensure timely incident resolution Generate reports on incident status and compliance, facilitating meetings to address incidents beyond acceptable thresholds Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in business, hospitality management, or related field Prior hotel or market experience is mandatory Demonstrated expertise in rooms operations, food & beverage, revenue management, or related disciplines Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and project management tools is recommended Ability to manage multiple priorities in a 24/7 support environment
