Job Description
Join a dynamic manufacturing team in Greenfield as a Production Helper on the 1st shift. This role plays a crucial part in the production process, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Responsibilities

• Assist operators by manually moving materials, including stacking, loading, unloading, and staging.
• Conduct visual inspections of in-process materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Wrap and unwrap products according to production requirements.
• Read and adhere to production work orders to maintain workflow accuracy.
• Place tags and labels on finished products for proper identification.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station to ensure a safe working environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production and manufacturing settings.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and manual labor tasks.
• Proficiency in material handling and using hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail for conducting visual inspections.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
