To learn more about us, please visit our website at Job Opportunity: Production Associate II We are looking for a motivated Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Fastener & Wire production teams. Key Responsibilities Operate fastener and wire production machines. Load raw materials and monitor machine cycles. Maintain accurate production records and follow safety protocols. Basic setup of industrial production machines/requires some manual dexterity and ability to step up and down from the machines. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Repetitive lifting of heavy boxes 30-55 lbs. Moving pallets weighing up to 3500 lbs. with a manual pallet jack. Cleaning equipment and work area. Clear communication and cooperation with others. Flexibility to help where needed. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in machine operations is a plus. Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred. Basic math skills and mechanical skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate machinery safely and effectively. Willingness to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Work environment can be seasonally warm and dusty.
