General Production Worker A manufacturer in the Eastern Indianapolis region is searching for multiple General Production Workers on various shifts. The role involves physical labor in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Manually load and unload products to and from machines repetitively. Push and pull boxes of products weighing up to 50 pounds. Visually inspect final products for quality assurance. Occasionally use shot blasting equipment to finish products. Weigh and package products according to customer specifications. Ensure proper documentation of materials and batch numbers. Withstand heat and remain on your feet for 8 to 12 hours at a time. Essential Skills General labor skills with the ability to perform heavy lifting. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Capability to handle physically demanding tasks. Proficiency in general production and manual labor. Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently. Minimum of 1+ year per job in work history. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with potential for overtime extending shifts by 2 to 4 hours // $22 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with potential for overtime extending shifts by 2 to 4 hours // $23 TRAINING The first 15 weeks you will train on 1st shift 6:30am to 3:00pm // $21 Why Work Here?
