Admin Assistant

Temporary position for approximately three months Part time hours, 3 days per week. The Role: Our client is a design and manufacturing company that is seeking a switched-on and dynamic Data entry/Admin assistant with exceptional organisational skills to supporttheir workflow. Thisposition is Temporary for approximately three months, 2-3 days per week. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Assist with administrative queries requested by clients/advisers. Set up of new system, data transferring, data entry Preparation of policies - reviewing and revising Drafting of employment contract and documentation Ensure compliance is maintained consistently Other administrative and reception tasks may be required The ideal candidate will have experience in working within a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines. 2-3 years experience in similar role and must have Employment Hero knowledge Excellent phone manner and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required Professional presentation #J-18808-Ljbffr Flexi Staff
