Work Environment\n

This position is conducted remotely, allowing flexibility in your working environment while maintaining access to our outpatient office resources. Your schedule will generally consist of working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a vital component of our team, you will utilize telehealth platforms for client interaction, supplemented by opportunities to connect in person as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality mental health counseling to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches tailored to individual needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans through regular assessments and consultations with clients to monitor progress toward therapeutic goals.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, actively engaging clients in discussions and activities designed to enhance emotional understanding and resilience.
\n
• Perform ongoing evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring adaptive strategies are in place to address evolving client circumstances.

• Assist clients in developing effective coping mechanisms and strategies to promote emotional stability and foster healthier relationships.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to community resources for additional support when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys, helping them rediscover their strengths and improve their interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely-related field.

• Active LMFT licensure in the state of California.
\n
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, including both youth and adults, on a variety of mental health issues.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and document treatment processes for each client.

Preferred Experience\n

• Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy, enhancing your credentials.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar role, showcasing your ability to build rapport with clients and facilitate successful therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
