What You’ll Bring Management experience within a high-volume restaurant, premium fast casual or quality casual dining environment. A passion for scratch cooking and exceptional food quality. Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills. Excellent operational and financial acumen, including P&L ownership. High standards, resilience and a hands‑on leadership style.
