Restaurant Team Leader

We\'re looking for a motivated Front of House Floor Leader or Kitchen Floor Leader to help lead daily operations, support the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Floor Leaders lead by example, coach team members, and help ensure operational excellence during every shift. Position Type Full-time or Part-time Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling (closed Sundays) Leadership development and growth opportunities Scholarship opportunities Employee meals and discounts Medical, dental, and vision plans available Positive, team-focused work environment Responsibilities Lead shifts, including opening/closing and key holder duties Coach and train team members while maintaining a positive culture Ensure excellent food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service Keep team members accountable to Chick-fil-A standards Support daily operations and complete assigned leadership tasks Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Qualifications Previous experience as a shift leader, team lead, supervisor, assistant manager, or restaurant manager required Strong leadership, communication, and people skills Ability to coach and hold team members accountable Reliable, positive, and service-minded Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility.
