Marketing Coordinator

This person would essentially be the glue that helps keep our marketers organized, accountable, and moving in the right direction on a daily basis.

Our marketers are required to complete a set number of marketing visits and stops each day. This individual would be responsible for communicating with the marketers daily, following up on their activity, reviewing their logs, and making sure they are completing the visits and responsibilities expected of them.

Responsibilities include:

• Speaking with our marketers on a daily basis
• Requesting and reviewing daily marketing logs
• Confirming marketers are completing their required daily visits and stops
• Following up when activity or documentation is missing
• Helping marketers identify facilities, physician offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources they should be visiting
• Providing recommendations on where marketers can focus their efforts
• Gathering daily activity and performance information from each marketer
• Organizing this information into a clear daily summary
• Reporting marketing activity, concerns, progress, and opportunities directly to Sam and/or myself
• Helping maintain consistent communication between leadership and the marketing team
• Identifying marketers who may need additional direction, support, or follow-up

Qualifications include:

• Good understanding of how marketing is organized, comfortable holding people accountable, and has very strong communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking with multiple personalities every day, and able to keep track of what everyone is doing.
• This person will play an important role in helping us make sure our marketing team is completing the activity being reported and that leadership has a clear picture of what is happening in the field each day.
