RPI Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time position in Racine, WI. The role involves working in a team environment and independently to monitor equipment functionality and report issues to the supervisor. Responsibilities include assembling equipment according to engineering drawings, conducting pre-assembly activities, performing final checks and adjustments, and ensuring high-quality products. The position also requires receiving, unpacking, and transferring materials, proactively preventing breakdowns, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area. Overtime is rare but may be required as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Able to read and understand wiring diagrams.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Wiring and cable management skills.
- Desire to learn.
- Ability to show up on time.
- Positive attitude.
- Must work well with others.
- Mechanically inclined.
Job Type: Full-time
Wage: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (time and a half for anything over 40 hours per week)
