Compensation: $70,000 Base Salary + 5% Target Incentive Bonus

Position Summary

Due to continued growth and expansion, Bridor USA is hiring a Production Supervisor for our industrial bakery manufacturing facility in Vineland, New Jersey.

The Production Supervisor will lead approximately 15 hourly production associates and take ownership of the shift’s safety, quality, service, productivity, and overall performance.

This is a hands-on, floor-focused leadership position for an experienced manufacturing supervisor who can develop employees, maintain accountability, resolve production issues, and improve operational performance. The successful candidate will be highly visible on the production floor and comfortable making timely decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Hours: 8:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
Schedule: Three nights on followed by four nights off

Candidates must be available to work the complete assigned overnight schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 15 hourly production associates
• Direct daily production activities to meet safety, quality, service, and productivity goals
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
• Maintain a strong and consistent presence on the production floor
• Champion food safety, product quality, Good Manufacturing Practices, and workplace safety
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly
• Reduce waste and improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance
• Partner with Maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Use production data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, Warehouse, Human Resources, and other plant teams
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, audits, and other operational priorities

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of manufacturing experience
• Three or more years of production supervisory or people-leadership experience
• Proven experience leading hourly employees in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production operation
• Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
• Ability to make timely decisions and solve production problems
• Strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work the required permanent overnight schedule

Highly Preferred Experience

• Supervisory experience in industrial bakery manufacturing
• Experience with bread, pastry, laminated dough, frozen bakery, or other commercial baking operations
• Experience with automated or high-speed production lines
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
• Working knowledge of SAP

Strong supervisors from related food-manufacturing industries will also be considered, including frozen foods, prepared foods, dairy, beverages, confectionery, ingredients, and other high-volume food-processing environments.

Compensation

• Base salary of $70,000
• 5% target incentive bonus based on performance
