Warehouse Manager – Monmouth Cards

???? Location: Tinton Falls, NJ (In-Warehouse, Full-Time)

Monmouth Cards is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our warehouse. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in inventory management . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for efficiency and logistics, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations , ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity .
Develop and implement processes to optimize inventory tracking, shipping, and receiving .
Ensure all orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time and correctly .
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment .
Work closely with the retail and e-commerce teams to keep inventory levels accurate.
Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Use warehouse management software to track stock levels and streamline operations .

Qualifications:

Warehouse management experience , preferably in retail, collectibles, or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment .
Experience with warehouse management systems, barcode scanning, and Excel .
Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining efficiency and organization .
Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of sports trading cards is a plus but not required .
