Accounting Assistant

Title: Accounting Assistant Status: Direct Hire, Full Time with Benefit Location: Indianapolis, IN Full-time, on-site role at our location in Northwest Indy Standard 9-to-5 work hours with little overtime expected Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance: 99% company-paid Company-paid Life Insurance and Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with company match Performance-based bonus program Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid vacation days Responsibilities Post and manage data in the internal ERP system with accuracy and attention to detail Review and process A/R invoices and payment receipts in the ERP system Review and process A/P product/non-product invoices and payments in the ERP system Process credit/debit memo, rebate/commission, and inventory adjustment requests as necessary Perform cash and other subledger account reconciliations Support ISO internal management and admin tasks as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Accounting preferred), or equivalent experience Work experience with ERP or accounting system or data entry Basic accounting knowledge Strong numerical and analytical skills a must Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to details Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) #J-18808-Ljbffr
