Commissions Accountant

To support a fast-growing revenue engine, the full-time remote Commissions Accountant will administer the entire commissions accounting process, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and report commissions for the global sales organization. Key responsibilities Administer the end-to-end commissions accounting process, including monthly accruals and reporting in accordance with ASC 606 and US GAAP Perform calculation, validation, and reporting of commissions and variable compensation across the global sales organization Partner with Sales Operations, Payroll, FP&A, and Revenue Accounting to ensure accurate and timely commission payouts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 5+ years of relevant accounting and/or commissions operations experience Extensive knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606) and commission capitalization Experience working in a high-growth tech or SaaS company Familiarity with commission platforms such as Spiff, Xactly, or CaptivateIQ
