Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, ensuring an accurate diagnosis to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs, setting specific goals that cater to each client’s distinct needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions, both individually and in group settings, to promote healing and development within your clientele.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver an integrated approach to care; ensure continuity for clients across their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000, complemented by a one-time sign-on bonus of $3,000.
