We are a leading stone countertop fabrication company, specializing in high-quality granite, quartz, and marble countertops for residential and commercial projects. With years of industry experience, we take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Commercial Quoting Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Commercial Quoting Specialist, you will play a key role in the sales process by providing accurate and timely quotes for commercial projects. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects at a time, and being self-motivated is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and Generate Quotes : Create accurate, competitive quotes for commercial projects based on project specifications, material selections, and labor requirements.
Client Communication : Liaise with clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide clarification on quotes and project scope.
Project Coordination : Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth transitions from quotes to production schedules.
Material Sourcing : Source and evaluate materials, keeping clients informed about options, pricing, and availability.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of all quotes, project details, and client communications.
Pricing Analysis : Regularly review and analyze pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
