On‑target earnings: $150K–$175K+ What You’ll Be Doing Grow and manage key industrial customer accounts throughout the Southwest Provide consultative technical sales support for motor rewind and repair solutions Develop new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships Review rewind sheets, rotor data, and technical documentation for project accuracy Coordinate with engineering and production teams on quotes, timelines, and feasibility Track customer activity, forecasting, and reporting through CRM and ERP systems Travel extensively to customer sites for relationship management and business growth What You’ll Need to be Considered Hands‑on experience with AC/DC stator and rotor rewinds Knowledge of DC armature and field coil rewinds Ability to interpret rewind sheets, rotor data, and connection diagrams Strong understanding of industrial motor repair standards and practices Experience growing territories and managing key industrial accounts Comfort with heavy regional travel and customer‑facing relationship building #J-18808-Ljbffr
