AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our growing remote team as a Virtual Customer Benefits Support Representative . This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and growing within a supportive and professional environment.

No prior industry experience is required — we provide full training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

About the Role

As a Virtual Customer Benefits Support Representative, you’ll assist clients by providing information about available benefits, answering questions, and helping ensure families receive the support and guidance they need.

This role combines customer service, communication, and relationship-building in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients through phone and Zoom appointments
Provide professional support regarding benefits and coverage options
Assist with scheduling appointments and client follow-up
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer and virtual communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and growth-oriented mindset
