About the Role

This position combines customer service, client support, and consultative insurance sales .

You'll work with clients who have requested information about available benefits, learn about their needs, explain coverage options, and help eligible clients through the enrollment process.

Our approach is centered on education, service, and relationship building—not high-pressure sales.

What You'll Do

Customer Support & Client Engagement

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Serve as a professional point of contact for client questions

• Listen to each client's needs and provide clear, helpful guidance

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options

• Assist clients with applications and enrollment

• Help existing clients with policy reviews and beneficiary updates

• Provide ongoing policy and customer support

• Build lasting relationships through professional follow-up

• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation

• Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements
