What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative , you'll help provide a positive, professional client experience from the initial consultation through ongoing service.

Customer Service & Client Support

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Listen to client needs and answer questions professionally

Minimum Requirements

• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based technology

• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
