Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate client and reservation information in internal systems
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
• Review reservation details and confirmations for accuracy
• Provide general administrative and customer service support
• Follow established workflows and documentation procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs
