Dependable Life Solutions is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of final expense agents. This role is for someone ready to take on responsibility for developing agents and driving team results.

We help seniors and families secure affordable final expense life insurance. As a Sales Manager, your team will look to you for coaching, accountability, and the production standard you set.

Path to Leadership

You'll spend your first three months in the field mastering our products, systems, and sales process. This gives you the field experience to lead from once you take on a team. The path continues from there: Sales Manager, Regional Vice President, Partner — each level earned through production, yours and your team's.

What You'll Do

• Spend your first three months in the field mastering our products, systems, and sales process
• Develop a team of Sales Representatives
• Lead ride-alongs and field coaching sessions
• Hold daily and weekly check-ins with your team on activity and production
• Run a weekly Zoom call to align your team on goals and best practices
• Set and track team production goals; coach underperformers, recognize top performers
• Model consultative selling and professionalism
• Partner with leadership to identify and develop future Sales Managers on your team
• Maintain your own production alongside your management responsibilities
• Use our CRM to track team performance and daily activity
• Attend daily conference calls and weekly one-on-ones with a Partner

Schedule

Full-time, field-based leadership role built around 35–40 hours a week, split between your own production, team coaching, and leadership check-ins. As a manager, you have more say in how you structure your week.

Compensation

• Commission-based income with uncapped earning potential
• Override commissions on your team's production once you move into management
