Account Coordinator

Mavich Branding Group is growing, and we're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team! We are a full-service branding company specializing in print, branded merchandise, apparel, signage, online company stores, warehousing, kitting, and fulfillment. The Account Coordinator position is designed as an entry point into our Account Management team. You'll learn how Mavich operates by managing orders placed through our clients' B2B online stores and branded merchandise portals. Through hands-on experience and repetition, you'll develop an understanding of our products, production processes, systems, vendors, fulfillment operations, and customer-service standards. Our goal is to develop successful Account Coordinators into future Account Managers who can eventually manage their own clients, custom jobs, and special projects. The Role: As an Account Coordinator, your primary responsibility is ensuring online store orders move accurately and on time from order placement through production, fulfillment, shipping, and final delivery. You'll serve as an important connection between our online customers and internal teams, monitoring orders throughout the process and helping identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the customer. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and interested in developing a career in account management. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor orders submitted through assigned client B2B online stores and merchandise portals Track orders from initial submission through production, fulfillment, shipping, and final delivery Monitor production and fulfillment turnaround times to ensure orders remain on schedule Work closely with Account Managers, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Fulfillment, and other internal teams Review order information for accuracy and completeness Proactively identify orders that may be delayed and work with the appropriate team to resolve issues Provide order-status updates and assist with customer questions Monitor product and inventory availability when applicable Coordinate shipping and delivery requirements Maintain accurate order notes, statuses, and documentation within company systems Help resolve order discrepancies, backorders, shipping issues, and other day-to-day challenges Learn Mavich's print, apparel, promotional product, signage, kitting, warehousing, and fulfillment capabilities Develop an understanding of our production methods, suppliers, products, pricing, and internal processes Assist Account Managers with customer requests and more complex projects as experience and knowledge grow What We're Looking For: This is an entry-level position , and previous experience in the print or promotional products industry is not required. We're looking for someone who: Is highly organized and detail-oriented Takes ownership and follows tasks through completion Is comfortable managing multiple orders and priorities at the same time Communicates clearly and professionally Enjoys working with customers and solving problems Is comfortable learning and working within multiple software platforms Recognizes when something isn't progressing correctly and takes initiative to find a solution Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Understands the importance of deadlines and customer expectations Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn Is dependable and accountable Wants to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility We view the Account Coordinator position as a development role with a path toward Account Management. You'll begin by managing repeatable online-store orders, giving you exposure to a high volume of projects while learning how orders move through Mavich from start to finish. As you develop your product knowledge, demonstrate ownership, and learn our processes, you'll have opportunities to assist with increasingly complex customer requests and custom projects. The long-term career path for a successful Account Coordinator is advancement into an Account Manager position. Our Account Managers manage an assigned customer base and oversee custom print, promotional product, apparel, merchandise, and special projects. They own the complete project cycle, including creative ideas and product recommendations, sourcing and procurement, order entry, coordination with our internal design and production teams, budget and timeline management, customer communication, and final delivery.
