Account Coordinator

Maintain and update monthly and quarterly workbooks covering association spend, wholesales, assessments, and market assignments Assemble monthly and quarterly HDAA presentation decks using materials from across the team Schedule meetings, prepare materials, distribute recaps, and track follow-ups across multiple markets Conduct competitive reporting, category and culture research, and market data pulls including share, BDI/CDI, and Nielsen data Participate in internal and client reviews Assist with media trafficking Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and workloads for the account team Requirements Strong Excel skills; comfortable with multi-tab workbooks containing market-level sales and spend data Strong PowerPoint skills; able to build clean, on-template presentation decks Obsessive attention to detail, especially with externally presented numbers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage fixed deadlines across multiple markets Ability to work collaboratively across agency departments Proactive and curious approach to understanding data Interest in advertising, media, AI, and the automotive category is a plus Comfortable working across Central, Mountain, and Eastern time zones Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational capabilities, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for data management and presentation.
