Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.45 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime: Fri 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM Sat 08:45 AM - 02:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other designated areas, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and document daily activities, observations, and incident details according to post orders. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
