We are seeking an experienced and driven Medical Director (MD/DO) to lead clinical operations and specialty care services in Coos Bay, OR

What You’ll Do

Provide direct patient care within a specialty clinical setting
Oversee clinical operations, workflows, and quality standards
Lead and mentor physicians, APPs, and clinical staff
Drive quality improvement and patient outcome initiatives
Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory and healthcare standards
Support strategic growth and service line development
