We offer Competitive salary for the Seattle/Puget Sound region “Share the success” bonuses Insurance premiums 100% paid by ICHS Paid time off accrual up to 200 hours annually with up to 320 hours rollover year to year Automatic 4% retirement contribution 9 paid holidays a year, including 2 personal holidays Reimbursement for professional licensure Job Summary The Human Resources Coordinator – Onboarding and Orientation serves as a steward of the employee experience, designing and delivering an onboarding journey that helps new employees feel welcomed, prepared, connected, and empowered to contribute to the mission of the organization. Applying a continuous improvement mindset, the Coordinator evaluates onboarding practices, identifies opportunities for innovation and efficiency, and implements improvements that enhance operational effectiveness, compliance, and employee satisfaction. This role serves as a primary point of contact for new employees, managing onboarding communications, facilitating onboarding and orientation sessions, and maintaining complete, accurate, and compliant personnel records. In addition, the Human Resources Coordinator supports employee engagement and recognition initiatives through participation in and coordination of activities for the Committee for Appreciation and Recognition of Employees (CARE). The position also assists with human resources compliance activities, policy administration, and the implementation of various HR programs, projects, and initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance the employee experience. Education -Associates degree and three years of related experience, bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in Human Resources or related field preferred. May substitute relevant experience for education. Experience - Three (3) years of human resources experience; employee orientation program management preferred. Experience serving workforce members from a wide range of backgrounds, including those who speak limited or no English is preferred. Other Requirement(s) - Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed. If using a personal vehicle to travel, a valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance are required.
