Position Summary Human Resources Service Coordinator – Seattle, WA (Full‑time, on‑site Monday‑Friday). Provides expert HR support and guidance, manages project coordination for the Human Resources Department, and oversees daily operations of the Seattle Mailroom/Reception. Responsibilities Provide expert human resource support and guidance and manage project coordination for the Human Resources Department. Oversee and supervise the Seattle Mailroom/Reception, including hiring, coaching/counseling, and performance management. Serve as backup for the Facilities HR Business Partner with office maintenance requests for the corporate office. Ensure professional level coverage for phones and mailroom; procure temporary support as needed. Efficiently manage and handle employee changes in the HRIS system, including entering new hires, status changes, and terminations. Conduct ongoing training for new managers and employees (e.g., Workday, how‑to guides). Serve as primary point of contact to field personnel. Set up and maintain employee personnel records, ensuring records match the HRIS system. Troubleshoot and ensure accuracy of employee data. Coordinate the production of final paychecks with various retail/restaurant locations as needed. File HR paperwork in a timely manner and understand the I‑9 process. Perform HR special projects as assigned and as time permits. Maintain absolute confidentiality over payroll and other personnel issues. Process invoices, ensuring correct coding and timely submission to Accounts Payable. Provide backup support for HR Business Partner and Corporate Facilities team member. Conduct exit interviews. Qualifications High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent with relevant work experience. Human Resources certification preferred. 4+ years’ experience providing HR operational support within a large company Human Resources Department. Experience establishing and maintaining HR files in compliance with state and federal laws. 2+ years’ experience in data entry into an HRIS System (Workday preferred). Experience working with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel. 1+ years’ experience supervising others. Benefits Health, Dental, Vision coverage. 401(k) with generous matching program.
