This role is working onsite in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR fundamentals- performance management, and investigations. Pay: $32 - 35 per hour on W2 Duration: 6 month contract – with possible extension Location: Seattle, WA Apply Now! Job Description: Required: 3-5 years’ experience in the PM/investigations space is idea. ER background Can work in a busy environment Performance management investigations Adaptability to learn CMS experience High judgement Ability to balance priorities and systems Overview Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typical Day Case work, supporting manager outreach for HR support Big portion of employee relations – investigations – ER background Ad-hoc case triaging 5-10 cases per day on average, full ownership Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join?
