Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a PT Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. You’ll help students, parents, and educators select band and orchestra instruments, rentals, repairs, and accessories, while promoting private lessons. Responsibilities include customer engagement, meeting sales goals, handling transactions, merchandising, and maintaining product knowledge. You’ll support community and school outreach and uphold a student-focused, collaborative culture. Ideal candidates have prior retail or music sales experience and a passion for music education and service.
