Career Opportunity: Outside Sales Associate
Join our team of water purification experts! We're seeking a motivated and talented individual to fill a sales consultant position. As an Outside Sales Associates, you'll introduce our cutting-edge water filtration systems to homeowners and make a difference in their lives.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in home sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for full-time work
- Understanding of water filtration systems (a plus)
Skills:
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong desire to achieve sales goals
- Comfortable interacting with homeowners in their homes
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct informative in-home water tests and sales demonstrations
- Offer tailored water purification solutions to fit customers' needs and budgets
- Provide detailed information on product features and benefits
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process
- Accurately enter customer information into our CRM system
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
