• Hours/week: 40 hours/week

• Licenses/Certifications: BLS, Board Certified or Board Eligible, DEA
• Experience: 2+ years in psychiatric inpatient settings preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr (compensation to be discussed upon interview)

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care to inpatients with diverse diagnoses including anxiety, mood, psychotic, trauma, and substance use disorders
• Manage inpatient treatment plans and medication regimens
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting patient recovery
• Perform involuntary commitments as needed, with appropriate pharmacotherapy
• Document patient encounters in Wellsky EMR system
• Participate in on-site coverage, including one weekend/month and weekly phone on-call

What You Need:

• MD or DO degree with active Delaware medical license
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• DEA license for medication management
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient psychiatric experience
• Strong knowledge of involuntary commitment procedures and psychopharmacology
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
