Position Overview:

We are seeking an attorney with at least 1-2 years experience doing no-fault litigation admitted in New York to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload and handling all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution. This includes court appearances, arbitration hearings, motion practice, and discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Depositions and Examination Under Oath of Provider and Claimant
• Represent clients in court proceedings and arbitrations
• Handle motion practice, including drafting and arguing motions
• Manage discovery, including depositions, document production, and compliance
• Initiate lawsuits and draft pleadings
• Communicate with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and the court
• Maintain accurate and organized case files

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice in New York State
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently

Salary: $100-120k - Commensurate with experience
