In this dynamic, multifaceted role, you’ll play an integral part in the firm’s continued success. Your responsibilities will span HR, finance, and operations management. Your HR functions will include hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and the development and implementation of HR policies. You’ll be responsible for crafting the office’s annual budget, overseeing billing and AP/AR, and managing benefits enrollment. As the main point of contact for vendors, you’ll partner with the firm’s benefits brokers, marketing agency, and outside accountants. Facilities, technology, records, and equipment management will also fall under your purview. Your problem‑solving and leadership skills will be essential here, and you’ll help maintain strong employee engagement along with the firm’s day‑to‑day workflow. You’ll have a hybrid schedule with three in‑office days each week.
