Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges, ensuring a comprehensive understanding to inform treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, customizing interventions to meet clients’ unique needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to guide sessions effectively.

• Develop thorough treatment plans that include measurable goals, appropriate interventions, and regular progress monitoring to ensure client success.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that support holistic patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to support clients in acute distress.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, connect them with vital community resources, and provide case management support to enhance their quality of life.
