Senior Staff AccountantThe Staff Accountant supports the Controller in maintaining accurate books and financial records. Responsibilities include invoicing, accounts payable and receivable processing, reconciliations, cash management, and assisting with month-end reporting. This role also supports commission accounting and ad hoc reporting requests from corporate leadership in the UK. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of balancing detailed execution with big-picture awareness.Key Responsibilities:Raise invoices for completed sales ordersProcess vendor invoices and ensure timely paymentsMaintain accurate AR reporting and apply payments correctlyProcess vendor invoices, credit card statements, and employee reimbursementsAssist with bank reconciliationsAssist with balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, analysis, and reportingSupport cash management and month-end reportingAssist with commission accountingRespond to ad hoc reporting requests from Corporate (UK)Qualifications:18+ months of experience in a similar accounting roleAccounting or Finance degree preferredExperience in event management is a plusStrong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables required)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust and maintain professionalismStrong time management skills in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong judgment and decision-making skillsBenefits:Competitive salary rangeProfessional growth opportunitiesExposure to international corporate reportingCollaborative team environmentStaff Accountant in Norcross, GA managing AR/AP, reconciliations, invoicing, and month-end reporting. $60K–$75K salary range.
