- Our client is seeking a highly motivated and independent Senior Accountant to manage our end-to-end accounting functions. Our company holds a stable and significant market share in the U.S., offering a secure and professional work environment in the Norcross (Duluth) area.
- The ideal candidate will be a "full-stack" accountant capable of handling everything from basic transactional entries to complex monthly/annual closing and reporting. This role requires a self-starter with advanced Excel skills and the ability to act as the primary point of contact for external audits and headquarters (HQ) reporting.
- -Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage all daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP),
- Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) maintenance.
- -HQ Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
- packages to the Korea Headquarters in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- -Audit Support & Coordination: Lead the preparation for annual external audits. Organize and provide
- all necessary audit support schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.
- -Month-End & Year-End Close: Drive the closing process, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and
- the preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- -Cash Flow & Data Analysis: Monitor cash positions and utilize advanced Excel modeling to provide
- budget-vs-actual analysis and financial insights to management.
- -Compliance: Maintain internal controls and ensure all financial records are kept in accordance with
- GAAP.
- -Experience: 3?5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- -Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- -Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel
- -Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. Proficiency in Korean is a strong plus for
- communication with HQ.
- -Competencies: * Proven ability to work independently and manage the entire accounting cycle
- without close supervision.
