Senior Staff Accountant - Right Hand to the Controller - Fast Track Opportunity
A rapidly growing company has an immediate need for a Senior Staff Accountant. This is a permanent opportunity paying up to $65k plus bonus and a generous vacation and benefits plan.
The position has huge upside potential as the company is on track to double in revenues this year. There is a lot of autonomy in this role. The previous person in this role was promoted after four months. Apply now to be considered

Duties
- Month-end close tasks including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and associated ledgers
- Financial Analysis of assigned accounts
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Execution and documentation of internal controls over financial reporting
- Ad-hoc assignments including cross-functional projects with finance, operations, information technology, sales, marketing, legal, human resources, treasury, tax, engineering, and strategy teams
Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree in Accounting from a four-year college/university
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting concepts
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel
- 3-5 Years experience
