Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients.

• Utilize electronic medical records efficiently to monitor, document, and communicate client progress towards established therapeutic goals.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay in compliance with licensing requirements.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and ideas to refine our service delivery.

• Provide support and resource information for clients addressing financial or social needs related to their mental health.

• Effectively manage a high caseload through organized scheduling and prioritization of client needs while maintaining a commitment to quality service.

• Adhere to the ethical standards set forth by the relevant licensing boards and our organization's policies and procedures.

• Support clients in developing coping strategies and implementing treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young individuals and their families who seek assistance in overcoming challenges related to mental health. You will be working with clients from diverse backgrounds, often addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges, with an emphasis on fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license in the state of Oregon or the state where you reside, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, necessary for managing multiple clients and maintaining effective service delivery.

• Current Oregon driver’s license is required for potential client home visitations or outreach if needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
