Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in regular Child and Family team meetings, treatment planning discussions, and training sessions to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Conducting thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation, including client treatment updates and discharge reports, complying with all agency and licensing requirements to uphold our standards of care.

• Safeguarding client confidentiality while ensuring the security and appropriate management of all client records and sensitive information.
\n
• Utilizing your expertise to effectively diagnose and treat children and adolescents, implementing evidence-based treatment strategies that promote healing and resilience.

• Monitoring and adjusting treatment interventions based on each client's progress, ensuring that therapeutic methods remain responsive and effective throughout the process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will have a direct impact on diverse client populations, particularly children and adolescents facing various psychological challenges. You will interact with families from different backgrounds, providing guidance and support aimed at fostering healthier communication and relationships. The emphasis will be on addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and familial conflicts, ultimately promoting mental wellness and functional improvement in everyday life.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting.

Preferred Experience\n
