Experienced Family Law Paralegal (Full-Time)
Baltimore County, MD
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our busy and client-focused practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, financial statements, and discovery
Maintain case files and manage deadlines with strong attention to detail
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner
Manage and update cases using MyCase (8am platform experience required)
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy support
Organize financial documents, exhibits, and evidence
Required Qualifications
Minimum [3] years of experience in family law (divorce, custody, support, etc.)
Proficiency in MyCase (8am platform) is required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred Skills
Experience in Family Law, court filings and local procedures
Strong organizational and time-management skills
