We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and provide company paid training, including dealer training to facilitate and promote professional and personal growth.Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 4/10 schedule available - hours flex depending on job | available overtimeLocation: Sheridan and Gillette, WYWhat We Provide: Take home company vehicle + gas card Company clothing / phoneTool trade-in programAll jobs are in state, no travelingCompany paid training, including Carrier, Rinnai, PK, and other dealers Offer online self-directed training In-house Apprentice programRelocation Assistance Available for Qualified ApplicantsBenefits:Medical 50% paid by employerDental and Vision insurance optionsPaid time off6 paid holidays401k with company matchWhat You Will Be Doing: Install Commercial HVAC systemsFurnaces, air handlers, rooftop units, heat pumps, VRV's, and condensing unitsLine and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagramsSize and draw duct work Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high-quality and time job performanceWhat We Are Looking For: Minimum of 3 years HVAC commercial Install experienceProficient in commercial installationsEPA Universal CertificationAdvanced understanding of layout, design, fabrication, and installationAdvanced Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundingsBasic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittingsValid driver's license and insurable driving recordHigh school diploma or its equivalentCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
