Operational Readiness Project Coordinator

Nuclear Energy About the role: Location: ONSITE ONLY: Miami FL We are looking for an Operational Readiness Project Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You are a, to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a large-scale program. You excel with collaborating across teams, and can translate complex information into concise, executive/leadership-ready materials. You will report to the onsite manager. Location: ONSITE ONLY: Miami FL 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) Key Responsibilities:

• Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams
• Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables
• Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making
• Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones
• Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria
• Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies
• Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams
