Director of Ecommerce

*Must be based in Boston or South Florida* Key Responsibilities Own the e-commerce P&L and annual plan for Amazon 3P Set growth targets, budgets, and KPIs, using sales, media, and conversion insights to drive profitable growth on Amazon Partner with Finance and Operations on demand planning, inventory, and replenishment, including peak-event readiness Monitor availability, sell-through, fees, and profitability while improving reporting and processes. Lead the Amazon agency across media, content, promotions, and analytics. Optimize product pages, assortment, pricing, and customer retention, partnering with Brand and Go-to-Market teams on launches and execution Grow DTC, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, and additional marketplaces Qualifications & Leadership Profile Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. 7–10 years of e-commerce or marketplace experience within a CPG business, including hands‑on leadership of a scaled Amazon 3P business Proven P&L ownership, with experience developing business plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, demand planning, inventory, and replenishment. Experience managing full‑service e-commerce agencies and collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations. Hands‑on, analytical leader who translates data into action, holds partners accountable, and balances strategy with execution in a fast‑paced environment.
