Solutions Management Global Lead, Enterprise Portfolio Solutions

**Primary Responsibilities:** This role is critical to the success of our sales organization and integrated into all aspects of the sales cycle, from initiation to point of sale. This role is client-facing and will have exposure internally to the complete set of JLL capabilities to solve exceptional platform’s results for our clients with the following responsibilities: Ability to form strategic solutions based on in-depth knowledge of each client **Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:**10+ years proven experience as salesperson or role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills Ability to lead creative or unique solutions development – thinking beyond what we have always done, creating a vision of what could be, driving through hurdles, and leading teams to develop unique solutions Ability to partner, critical for success when working with internal Subject Matter Experts and Brokers to showcase the best of JLL capabilitiesStrong writing skills, including communicating the complete holistic solution in a concise narrative and executive summary.
