Site Director

KinderCare seeks a Site Director for High Plains Elementary to lead our early childhood education program. In this role, you will oversee daily center operations, ensure licensing and safety compliance, manage budgets, and maintain high-quality learning environments. You will supervise, coach, and schedule staff, partner closely with school leadership and families, and support curriculum implementation that nurtures each child’s development. The Site Director will champion KinderCare’s inclusive culture, drive enrollment and family engagement, and use data and feedback to continuously improve program quality.
