Corporate Legal Assistant - Construction

MYR Group, a leading electrical infrastructure contractor, is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to support its legal team and help deliver critical construction projects across North America. Prepare, proofread, organize, and maintain legal documents, contracts, corporate records, and correspondence. Assist with legal research, filings, matter tracking, and calendar management; coordinate information and deadlines with internal teams and outside counsel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, organized, and proficient with office software, with experience in a legal office and a strong commitment to safety, integrity, teamwork, and professionalism.
