Responsibilities include ensuring the proper application and management of business practices, processes, and workflows that support capital project activities from inception to completion. Prepares a variety of reports and analysis. Assists in the monitoring of project scope, schedule, cost and quality of projects. Reports directly and is accountable to the Director of Program Management with a strong business partnership with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, A&P Shared Services, Director of Projects and senior level management. May require successful completion of a criminal background check.**Minimum Education Required:** Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience **Experience****REQUIRED:** Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience and 4 years of relevant experience.Bachelor's**Desired**: Ability to effectively interact with senior management and external offices; extensive written/verbal communication skills for liaison with user clientele, senior management, contractors, consultants & regulatory agencies; computer skills-must be proficient with various software applications, including project scheduling, project management, spreadsheets, databases & work processing; ability to establish priorities in a complex environment; multi-tasking and time management skills; flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and demands; knowledge of construction industry, practices, and terminology.
