• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for more thorough evaluations
• Follow up with potential candidates to cultivate interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hiring successes attributed to your outreach
